Stealth codes.

Hey guys, I am after stealth codes but what I wanted to know is the following. Do they have an expire date? If so, is this different on each code? I am wondering because I heard something about all stealth codes expiring 31.12.2010. Thanks.

EDIT: Is it possible to go on someone else's account and then download the Stealth Codes from their account to receive the cars on my own PS3 Network account?

I think there are ones that don't expire until 31/12/2012.

I got 2 of them 3 days ago and they worked so there are definitely ones that still work.
 
Is there any way the seller can proof his codes aren't expired yet?

how do stealth codes work? where do you use them? i know it sounds stupid but where would you put in the code?

In the "redeem codes" section of the playstation store.

Redeem code in the Playstation Store! Then download the car(s)...!
 
ah right, i didn't know that, i thought there was something in the options menu like on need for speed hot pursuit, where you put your code in then it receives it for you, jobs a good one:)

they cost money dont they stealth codes?
so why trade them as you aint getting any money back for them surely???

You can't trade those codes, neither can you gift those cars.
 
I have 3 NSX Stealth codes that expire on november 2011.

So chances are that there are still codes in the wild with late expiration dates.
 
Yes, you can. It gets downloaded to your game data.
So any account on your PS3 will have these stealth cars added to your garage.
 
I managed to get all 6 of them just about 3 days ago.

They are good cars, especially the 787B.
 
It is possible to go onto someone else's account and download them(up to five times), but you must leave there account on your ps3 to keep them, as if you delete it they will be removed, so u can just remove the pass word but leave the account on ur ps3 on there.
 
Yeah I may get them as well. My code has ' expired ' but the voucher says 31.12.2012. Rang Sony for it and I hope they fix it :D.

Yeah, I know that. I gave my MW2 map pack to an irl friend and he deleted it by accident. His map pack was gone after that, lol.

do you have to had pre-ordered either or brought the special edition or can you get your hands on them regardless?..

i rarely buy special editions unless they the only ones available for a certain duration...
 
i wish they would send them out randomly

^ That's how it goes. Could be hard time though to find a person who doesn't know you letting you to get access to his/her account from your PS3 system. And I don't see anyone using up the codes on their secondary accounts...

Yeah the signature edition I believe. It was like 180 euros and out of stock everywhere.
