Steam users, please take a look...

So I came home from school, done with my homework from my study hall today and I wanted to come home and play Counter Strike Source, probably until I fell asleep at the keyboard. So I get home, and Steam isn't working. It's saying the servers are down. Then it says how to trouble shoot but the link is incorrect or the page doesn't wanna work some how. It says that the Steam servers are down and now I'm really kind of p'd off.

Does any one know when they should be back up and running? Please and thank you.

There were supposedly a ton of intense winds and power outages in Seattle (where the Steam servers are at), and so that knocked them out.
