This is similar to World of Warships. I however think it feels very different despite being along the same lines as a game.

Some hate it as a bad clone of WoWS but I would personally say both have their merits.

Took it for a spin and it's definitely weird, in not trying to compare it to World of Warships I'm not too fond of how gunnery works. Torpedoes are definitely the game here so I've opted to play solely submarines which can be very intense. Arming distance is a pain though, and I've found it hard for whatever reason to see if I sunk an enemy submarine.

Going back another day to get to a submarine with float planes, basically the Japanese which I've been working on thus far. At the I-1 and I enjoyed my first use of rear facing torpedo tubes with a nice sinking of an enemy sub who thought my resurfacing meant I was fleeing.

I feel the hate it gets to be a little unwarranted but and how people go on about the unrealistic aspects especially with subs, but they need to take a good look at WoWS as well. For all the backlash with even mentioning the word 'sub' brings upon riots, it's not so bad and I hope WoWS eventually does it too.

Regardless, it's a pretty fun game in its own right, one that gives me a legitimate challenge is good in my book.

The more I play this the more I like it actually. I prefer this to WoWS atm. Carriers are a pain to control but at least it isn't the US fighter domination that WoWS is.

The thing I like most is it isn't a clear RPS game like WoWS is.

Funniest thing just happened.

I was in a sub and someone was coming over to depth charge me. I surfaced into him and made him a sitting target for the rest of the team.

Personally I think it's only fun using the submarines, see my post above. And speaking of which, how do I deploy aircraft? Can't seem to get that 1 plane I have out there.

Select the aircraft (4) select number of planes (1 on anything other than a carrier) and press M.

Right click to direct the plane on the map. Left click to issue attack orders although scouts can't attack.
