At wich point does the steering wheel change when upgrading the car?
I currently drive the Mazda Euno Roadster J-Limited '91 and I swear the steering wheel was silver before changing the color/tuning it, now its mat black.
Its a Nardo Steering wheel, not the plastic looking one on the standar version
