Steering wheel for GT2 on PSone

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this problem?

I resenty dusted off my PSone got out my old Madcatz analog steering wheel for playstation and put GT2 in the playstation.

But when I try to configure the wheel to the game, the trottle and brake pedals dosn't work. Nor does the gear shifter. And as I try to recall what I did when I played the game when it was just released, I realised that I never got It to work.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experiensed this problem and have a solution!

The wheel is OK, because everything work perfectly in Need For Speed 3 Hot Pursuit!

i have that problem too, i have a steering wheel but i cant get it to work quite right. if i mess with the settings i can get the steering to be smooth, but then the pedals wont work. or i can get the pedals without the steering.. :grumpy:
 
um...do you guys have an Analog switch? check your connection to the pedal line if it's seperate as well. Oh...you might be having problems because of the game itself. GT2 does not have a sensetivity ajust for the analogs that works. Go fig my only complaint with the wheel I bought is it's too friggin small for me to use comfortably. go Kart sized doesn't help me a bit
