I'm new at this game and st. wheel. I have a logitech gt driving force st. wheel with a 900 d-gree turning. Is there any way to to get less motion in the steering? It seems like there is to much play in the wheel. I tried to set up the force all the way to 10 but still can't get the 900 d-gree out of the wheel. Any help would be great.

Try it with different cars as the ratio adapts to suit (just about).

Try a kart or racecar, and then an average family car to see the difference.

looking at the cars wheel you will see the amount you actully need to turn the wheel is different, pd should have and could have build in a much higher resistance when you get to the cars lock, other games managed it
another -for pd

you could physically attatch something to the wheel that would do this, just make sure its in align with you race cars actual lock

If you mean limiting it to 270-degrees of physical movement like many older wheels had (and the more expensive current wheels have the option of doing), the answer is no. In GT5, you've gotta use the full 900 degrees, even for cars that would have less than that in real life. Because the wheel auto-calibrates itself, there's no way of faking it either.

It's something that I actually miss. My old wheel which I gave to my buddy when I got my DFGT was only 270 degrees. While 900 is more realistic for most of the cars in the game, I'd sure like to have the option to limit it.
