Evening all, a friend has donated to me a nearly new Thrustmaster T248 wheel and pedals, Can anyone recommend a decent stand to mount it on so I can give it a whirl. Been on Amazon, bought one that said it was compatible and it isn’t so wondered if anyone had any recommendations

Thanks

Not sure on your budget though could try looking here for some help unless you already have.

Depends on your requirements. I have a wheelstand pro because you can fold it and store it somewhere convenient. Relatively cheap too especially if you buy it 2nd hand. Not the sturdiest of setups though.

By the way cant you just drill some holes to make your current stand compatible?

I have bought a stand by a company called Diwangus via Amazon, it’s excellent quality but despite what the label says it’s not a match for the T248 wheel. However they have sent some pictures showing it can be mounted so I’m off to buy some longer screws than the ones they provide in the box and I think I will be good to go.

I will get up and running and find I’m slower than I was with a pad lol
