Steering Wheel Rotation Degree Bug

I dont know if it's only me getting this, but whenever i change the degree of rotation on my steering wheel (Thrustmaster T150) the game always reverts it back to the ful 900 degrees of rotation. This is really annoying because i like to bring the rotation down for the likes of drifting but i cant so i was wondering if this is happening to anyone else or if it is just something to do with my steering wheel?
