I did a search on this one and no luck so here goes..

I picked up a v3fx 2 wheel at a yard sale for ten bucks just to see if I like driving with a wheel.. gonna buy the logitech when i get gt4.. Anyway, there was no manual so I'm trying to figure out how to set up the sensitivity.. anybody out there that can give me a few pointers on it?

(other than get a different wheel of course.. :dunce: )

TIA,

Bill

I meant a search on this board.. I googled it earlier and only came up with ads and stuff with no insight on how to set it up.

Seems to work fine, but a bit sensitive on the turns.. course, ... maybe I need to use it for a month or so.. I was able to win a couple of easy arcade races with a miata.. but just able to keep up with the pack in an nsx or denso.. practice practice..

I keep coming up with this...

"The 300-degree steering wheel is autocentering, and the steering sensitivity is programmable with IntelliTouch."

Whats intelliTouch? I'm not sure that the company that made it is even still around..

I spent a bit of time googling for intellitouch, and almost all came back with this steering wheel. Which leads me to believe that it was "software" exclusive to this wheel. Many of the reviews reported that it was extremely sensitive, and took a long time to set the sensitivity.

If you've no instructions to accompany it, I'd enjoy it for what you've got into it. You picked up a $10 wheel that will help you get used to driving with one before GT4 comes out. You noted that when GT4 comes out, you're getting the new Logitech wheel. WHich means this one relives it's yard sale adventure.

That's about your best bet now, as most places that came up in the google showed it out of stock, or no longer made.

You paid $10 for a fairly decent wheel. Enjoy.
