Steering Wheel with shifter

After looking at the different types of available steering wheels for PS2 I noticed the shifters are usually gamepad buttons,
paddle and sport shifter that goes up or down.
Is there a shifter just like what you find out there?
I mean shifters like you drive in your everyday cars?
A clutch would be nice, but I understand GT3 doesn't have
a clutch feature. Perhaps for GT4

A clutch would mean that you'll have to come off the accelerator>> Press the clutch >> switch gear >> release clutch >> accelerate. Now all that at racing speeds, whilst braking aswell :chkflag: sounds like hard work on a Plastic arcade wheel and pedals And Imagine the amount of gear shifts you do in a race :rscared:
