Has anyone had the fortune of picking up Stellaris yet? I've played Crusader Kings II and Europa IV an unhealthy amount for the past couple of years so it only made sense to pick up Stellaris when it hit Steam.
My first thoughts on it, is that it's hard, mainly because I have no idea what anything actually does and I can't be bothered with the tutorial. But despite the steep learning curve, I rather like how Paradox did everything. The UI seems well placed and it's fairly easy to navigate, I just need to figure out what exactly everything does and I'll be golden.
I think it's better built than something like CKII or Europa too, mainly because you don't really need to have an understanding of historical government for it to make any sense what so ever.
