Stock cars only seasonal events?

I want seasonal events that showcase bone-stock cars so that to get a top time, you actually have to know how to drive and not just how to tune.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Tuning is great and all, but I prefer to drive a car at its "worst" so to speak.

Less customization = more competitive.
