what do ya think of the storia as a first car?

how well does it upgrade?

its either that of the pt cruiser for street cred

i think u should just win the miata LS by getting all Golds on B lisence ^_^ or you could get the RX-8, Z Concept, Vanquish V12, Viper GTS-R Concept, Impreza Rally Car, or get the Esperante in TT ^_^
and since they're free, you'll be able to use the 18,000 to fix up the new car or just save it for later

hmmmmm can you actualy buy a storia for a starter car?? i dun think so...... but if ya can, they won't do ya much good ne way
best to start w/ trueno cuz u can learn the fundamentals of drifting with it, easy

but if u really want money for racabililty
u gotta go with the good buyable miata * i forget which one*

and ting boy, i don't htink you really should say that, cuz hes asking for opinion
and he wants 2 know if storia is a good car to start with, and i doubt that he doesn't know that winning all golds in license is good

yeah, this is my "2nd comming" ting, I was just after opinions on the storia, i figured it would be nice and grippy and wondered if it upgraded well

i have never actually used the car so i dunno, but considering that it's a ligthweight car, it'll probably grip well.

i'd start with a Miata, that's the only car that doesn't really suck when you start/restart a game...

The Storia is light but you will only notice these effects in handling braking.

It will never be a fast car, as opposed to a Miata which is very moddable and just as light.

Plus it takes alot of suspension tuning to tame 4wd


The best Miata is the Soft Top.

But I would stay away from a Storia.

Yeah, I really wanted to use a Storia in a cheap-car contest for the AWD capability, but its upgrades are for crap. Turbo 1 adds about 11 hp (I wish I was kidding).

I think you did the right thing, if you didn't want to start with an MX-5 or Trueno.

FWIW, I won one of the "wet" stages in arcade mode with a Storia. Just remember to keep an ultra-tight line and don't let off of the gas unless you absolutely have to.

/me goes to try this out in Sim mode.

I took that image from one of the VCDs I received the other day. Seeing as FOX has not decided to put out Futurama on DVD in the US.
