What's the strangest things you've notice while racing. Here's a few of mind.

Grand Valley Speedway and Apricot Hill Speedway have billboards that change every 5 seconds.

Special Stage Route 11 just before going into the tunnel there's a building over the overpass. The lights in the building, if you look close, is a picture of Betty Boop.(ha-ha).

Grand Valley Speedway is the only track that has a track map on the course(actually there's two).

Seattle Circuit has 3 sets of train track. One in turn one, the other two are after the long back stretch  .

What do you see?

Nice observations. I'm always too busy looking at the track to sight see. Maybe I'll start stopping to smell the roses once in a while.

One of the best things in the game (in my opinion) is the monkey. He's also a cool monkey because he's the only monkey i know that watches races.

OK What monkey? I have got to know. Please, somebody has got to tell me where that darn monkey is. I need to see the little creature. HELP.

The monkey is on Trial Mountain ( not Trial Mountain II, its there but its just hard to see). Its in the first part of the track there are a few turns with bluish-gray rock walls. I can't remeber exactly where it is but if you look up you will see a dead branch that goes about a quarter way in to the track on the branch is a monkey that just sits there.

I hope that helped.

i don't reccomend doing a search on it cause all of the pics i got were from early demos of the game and the track and turns look completely different. It's to hard to find that way

Okay, I just had one mess with me a little:

Lap 45 of the Special Stage R11 Endurance race at around 74 1/2 minutes (total time) a message came up on the screen in green like your sector times come up that said "Replay Save Completed" or something very similar.

I assume it means that there would be, should I choose to watch it, no replay information after that point on lap 45. But then I got to thinking... what if GT3 keeps running backups of extra long replay information so your system's memory resources don't get taxed, affecting performance of the game? I figure with the HDD this may become a common feature.
