I was recently playing GT5 Prologue and I drove the Lancia Delta for the first time in long long time. After driving the Lancia, I switched to the Ferrari F430, and it handled exactly the same as the Lancia. The Ferrari felt like it had 4 wheel drive and everything. I had the physics on professional, N1 tires, and the TC and everything else off, and I couldn't drift it at all. To make sure I wasn't going crazy, I switched to the TVR Tuscan because I can't help but drift in it, and I still couldn't.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? (Or anything similar)?

You just reminded me of a weird bug I experienced in Spec II, I bought a Suby 05 in white & an Evo 9 in black, after driving the Suby for a while I switched to the Evo & it had changed to the exact same colour as the Suby! Can't remember if the handeling was any different though.

The only other bug I know of affects the frame rate in Free Run & Time Trial modes when viewing on a standard definition TV, it always looks very stuttery, doesn't affect Race or Drift though. This bug presented after the Spec III update, I deleted all GT5 Prologue data & reloaded Spec II off the disc just to check & it was fine, downloaded the Spec III update again & there it was.

I had this when i downloaded a save data. When you try to drift see if the throtle is being limited like when you go off the track. If so you have the same problem as me. If so then there is nothing then I can do you will have to start a new savedata. Or download one.
