Strange Cars Drifting and Crashing at High Speed - Any Ideas?!

Randomly ran into this video on YT, looking for something completely unrelated to cars. I thought it was cool. I have never seen cars like this before. There are some close shaves (the guy at 56 secs is lucky he turned at just the right moment... but less lucky later!). Anyone have any idea about this racing series?!

They're called Bango Racing cars-- Suzukis (engine sound is uncanny).

 
The first thing I thought when I heard the engines was "Suzuki", then I read Omnis' post and thought "what the hell is a Bango?". Pretty cool lil cars though, are they basically just kits (chassis/engine) with the body done up the way the owner wants them? Anyone with any more information or videos (possibly of whats under the "hood") on the cars or where they race?
 
They remind me of Aussie Racing Cars, only a bit bigger. Would be a hell of a lot of fun to drive.

They race in Spain. On mountain roads. In a up hill direction only race called "subida", usualy on 2 heats.

Lots of corners, not to much grip, lighweight, hi rev powerfull suzuki bike rear engines, RWD, sequencial shifting, double wishbone suspension front and rear... Now that has to be a rush!
