Strange GT6 email from "Playstation"

Well, I stand corrected then and my apologies to @peobryant. As you can see from my post in that thread, I never got the free credits then and still haven't gotten them. It appears to be the case for others as well. Just another screw up by PD. :rolleyes: Its like they can't tell their asses from a hole in the ground a lot of the time. Very incompetent company at times that seems to have trouble getting even the simplest of things right. :rolleyes: I get screwed out of my Gold Chrome paint chip in the Seasonal TT event and now this. Not something that I'll lose any sleep over, but its just the principle of it all you know.

Alright, I stand corrected on that. 👍 Still though, just getting tired of all these 🤬 ups as its related to the game, PD's fault or not.
 
I got platinum a few months back and never got an email or 500,000 credits (and my PSN is my email). Also why would the email tell you to buy some new cars from the PS Store when there are no cars to buy? All the DLC so far has been free.

I think its meant to mean for you to use your free credits to go by some cars in the Dealerships. It may just be a typo. You can't use in-game credits to buy cars anyway from the Playstation Store....not unless they have an intention on changing things in the future. :odd:
 
I haven't got the e-mail, but have platinumed the game. I do know someone who got it though (a while after paltinuming).

That's not what I'd call a typo. The phrasing and implicated meaning is totally different.

It could be a mistake, but it's a mistake that should never get past proof-reading.
 
No fair! There should be one when you 100 percented the game, you get 500,000cr for free by Sony... :grumpy:
 
I can vouch for the 500k credits for getting the platinum (AU PSN). Got the email about a week after the trophy. Redeemed the credits fine.

Cant wait for an Australian to jump on this with false advertisement (or some other accusation, legit reason)... this game has gotten too far out of hand; whether or not its spam or legit.

I got the same email, seems to come when you unlock the 300 stars trophy
 
I've already gotten all of the trophies, gotten 100% completion and still have not gotten this email.
