Strange Paint Chip

Hi just a quick question, I have this Purple paint chip with no name, its just blank beside the square of colour. I don't know if its just a glitch or what but I'm just curious if its indeed a glitch or a rare paint. Thanks in advance and I apologize if there are two of these threads, my connection started acting up.

I have bright green paint ! and it shines insanely at night! seriously! i have pictures! I just dont understand how to insert image here.. i have tons of amazing GT5 pictures in my PC...
