Strange replay glitch

I was watching the replay from the top ranked driver yesterday (Takuchi i think his name is).
Hi time was a 1.30.890 or something.
When i watched the replay for the first time there were cones being knocked over everywhere (i think i counted 5) but after that every other time i watched it it was clean). Also the time shown at the top of the screen was not the posted 1.30.890 but a 1.31.013.

I have not been able to repeat the cones issue but the time still shows the slower one.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this or anything similar??

The time shown at the top would be his fastest lap up to that lap he ran.

I thought that but other replays shows the record lap (replays for different players) so for instance if you are watching someones 1.31.444 replay then that is the time shown at the top when viewing the onscreen data?

the time shown under best lap is the time of the previous best lap.
The cones thing i encountered before as well.
