Strange Screaming....

Well last night me and a couple of my friends were crusing in MCLA, He told me there is a spot near the pier where you can hear two guys screaming at each other.
Well i don't know if it's a glitch or something you guys tell me if you have encountered this.
 
I believe you can hear similar background noises in more then one place. Why? I have no idea.
 
Come on... You mean to say that you and your friends havn't had screaming matches? That's realism at it's best..... :sly:
