just came up with a game idea... a illegal street race game.

lets say it takes place in Stockholm/ Sweden or something... and it is free roaming. much like NFSU but much more realistic. you should be able to get out of the car and walk around in first person view (should not able to steal other cars though). you have a house with a quite big garage a bit outside town where you can order parts for your car from different companys, such as Jeg's, Edelbrock, Nismo, TRD and more... it should be at home or from a cellphone you make up races (where, when and how). it should be race entry cost as well.

anyway, to make money you have to race of course. you can as i said call to friends/ competitors and make up contests or just go out to town and search for someone who wants to race you. the police should be in as well, so someone of the spectators or ''crew'' has a police radio to hear what the police notice. if the police is close you and your competitor have to quick away and then go to another place to continue the event/ contest.

now to the mods you should be able to make on your car/ cars. if order parts from Jeg's and such, you must have a V8 engine, cause they just got V8 stuff u know, and if buying parts from Nismo for exampel you must have a Nissan. anyway, you should be able to make engine swaps on every car in game. put a Chevy 454 into a Volvo 240 for exampel, but first you need to modify the chassi and stuff it can take the strain, if you dont midify it first there will be an error depending on what engine you put in that says: ''Error: this car can't carry this kind of engine at the moment. You need to modify the chassis first.'' or something like that. you should also be able to customize the cars to complete dragrace cars and get sponsors would be great too. fuel consumption would also be fun :) and then buy different fuel, race or general petrol.

This is what kind of street racing i want. this is from a street race event in Stockholm:

Yet you are a Volvo fan? Hate to say it, but Volvo's aren't muscle cars. And yes, Need for Speed: Most Wanted does have muscle cars. They have the Viper SRT10, the GTO, the '05 Mustang GT, etc.

Dont think he means them kind of New muscle cars.

Classic camaroes, corvette stingray, pontiac trans am, the original mustang, dodge charger 69, you catch the drift?

Have you ever heard of Tokyo Extreme Racer 3? You can swap any engine into any car, they might not be specific engines from a certain car but they're there. You want a Turbo V-8 in a Vitz, bam 60 or so thousand for the swap(I guess that price includes all the work to get the engine to fit). If that game wasn't only on the highways and the controls were better then it be the best racer out there.

I think the Mustang is the only proper muscle car there, the VIpers muscular, but it doesn't fir the proper definition of a muscle car, the GTO I don't know about but it's Australian anyway.

Well, technically, the definition of a muscle car is a relatively lightweight, sturdy chassis with a large displacement, high output engine. All the cars I mentioned fall under that category.

Its got an engine from a truck in a lightweight body. Somehow I think it is a muscle car.

 Just saw something in my Top Gear mag: Alternative drives for the SRT-10 includes a Shopping Trolley with a jet engine
