Struggle with FFB Settings - Thrustmaster T500RS (PS4)

Hello,
would you please share your actual FFB Settings for the T500RS (PS4!), for GT7, AC and ACC?
All Settings i found here and in the web are not actual due to updates.

I`m struggling with the settings, it dont feel good and realistic. TM Firmware is up to date.
