Stupid iTunes...Help!

Even when iTunes is not running on my computer, two processes take up more than 6,000k of memory. iTunesHelper.exe and iPodService.exe can both be seen running in my task manager, and I want to prevent this, as I need all the memory I can get out of my computer!!

Take it off the startup list in msconfig.

At the risk of revealing myself as a semi-computer illiterate, please explain how to do this?

Edit: Nevermind, I found out myself!

Start --> Run --> Type in 'msconfig'

Then go to the startup tab and uncheck iTunesHelper.exe and iPodService.exe.

Restart PC.

It worked, except that iPodService is in the "Services" tab...but I got them both, as well as a few other unnecessary startup programs...
