Stupid question about Diablo in ntsc/j

Apparently in the Japanese version of the game, you can actually get the Diablo without cheating. I can't find an ntsc/j prize car list on google (even searching for it in japanese (according to wikipedia and google translate) on google jp). I just want to know how you get it.

If someone knows where I can find a ntsc/j prize list too, please tell.
