Okay, the people building houses in the neighborhood have cut the cable lines, not one, not two, but three times. This means, no internet and no T.V. But they fixed it again this time and I'm not sure how long all I've internet for today...Jeez. I hate this.

I'm guessing they're buried lines, and the cutting is unintentional.

Not very new...it the new "Phase 3" of our neighborhood. The cutting is unintentional of course, but they need to look out for things like that...

Damn, I'd go out and personally give them a word about that if my internet got cut out... (Actually, I probably wouldn't but...yeah. :|)
