Subaru BRZ 2017 grp x - where do you actually use this car?

Is it for racing? Or only using in the drift mode?

You mean the 1000hp, 4-speed drift car? You can use it for whatever you want, that allows group X cars. Although you won't be very successful with it.

We actually had a Race A at Tsukuba with this car, man that was something else. Got myself a win though. So I suppose that's 1 thing you can use it for.

I used it for the drift achievement (100,000 points IIRC) at Suzuka East, I doubt I'll use it for anything else but it's nice that the drift communities are represented with a good toy.

We had that once in the daily one makes around Mt. Panorama not long after the update it came with.

Edit: I think this or this was it because I remember doing well in the qualifying TT.

Yeah good question. Was gonna ask that too. The Scoobys all look sick. Seems a shame to not really have anywhere to use them!
