did yall kno this car is EXCELLENT for rallying, and drifting???
iono y.. but then it always seems 2 loose traction @ the right time for my drifts.. or maybve its just me... lol
and i didn't even mod it er ne thing.. jez slapped on dirt tires n took it to rally... OWNED everyone.... well.. so far ne way.... hehe
and i tried drifting, and the results were pretty nice.. ne one know why??

hmmm... Well, the 4WD can drift, that is why they are used for rally...

Tisk, tisk. I used it for the Boxer Pro and Amateur. Really a good overall car

Bit of a fan of that car - happiest with the full turbo upgrade. I've got a few of them.

No FTO LM though....

Does anyone have any good rally setups for the Scoobie LM and the FTO LM? I'm thinking to just use a real rally car setup as a start point, but i don't know where to go from there.

BTW, j2s, your completely right, too much boost can kill a rally car in my opinion.

900 + Hp is not realistic for a Subaru... It does not have an LM version neither... So go for the real thing, the proto... ;)

Notes:

There is just so mach you can do with the settings to get the car almost perfect, and this is really a street racer not a dirt car. But I trade my best and same people well probable think these setting are ****.

In the suspension, there just is not enough up/down travel for a smoother drive. There is good contact with the dirt for grate tuning ability, but from dirt to solid surfs like a wooden bright or roads, the car will jump impulsively out of control if the car is not straight on entrance. The same comply with the jumps

Over steer and under steer is another problem where I tried to get a somewhere in the middle. Tahiti Maze is my biggest problem, where on the street section the car have lots of under steer and in the hair pin I just cannot get happy with the over steer and the added stress off the power plants uncontrolled fiery.(going down to normal bost will help with the power problem.)

Good luck.
sorry

Going stock on the boost for Tahiti Maze is not a very bad arrangement.
I did not even think of that.
Thanks

so....... i don't need to tune it? or do i just need to adjust the suspension so that it works for the track being raced... cuz i'm planning on using the LM car on the boxer races too... ^_^

it could have some trouble in the Boxer Series if the AI had the guts to run a CTR2.

Altezza's still better :D.
