Subaru World Rally Blue Color Help!

Any Subaru fans in the house? I have the official WRB paint chip that I can apply to the body. However, when I try to paint my carbon fiber hood it does not allow me to use a real car paint chip. It only allows me to use the color pallet. I am struggling to find the matching color. Can anyone assist me with the color number code so I can match the rest of my body panels? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can’t replicate the metallic effect, but the best way to colour match is to draw a square on the body, select the closest colour on the palette then adjust the HSV value to come closer and closer...

Thats exactly what I did. I cant find the correct HSV value though. I spent 20 minutes going up and down on all 3 values. :(
 
Make a screenshot with WRB color on, open it (or any photo from internet with WRB color) in any photo editor, choose Eyedropper Tool, may be it will help
