No, we're split on whether it's a hatchback or wagon. We went over it in the last WRX thread, and It was a major threadkiller, like the tire/laptime debate. It's something I'd rather not relive.
Since it's roughly the same size and shape, and since Subaru has traditionally called this version a Wagon, I'm tempted to say that It's a wagon, no matter what the official press says, and I think many who haven't read the brochures will call it such. It just looks more like a wagon to me, it's too stretched out to be a hatch.
