Does anybody know what the power boundaries are, within any given race,
before you encounter the next level of competition in that race?
For example, when you start a race with a car with stock, default parts,
you race a certain set of competitor cars.
If you add a turbo and various other upgrade parts and run the same race again, your competitors are obviously upgraded also.
In many cases it is best to just upgrade your tires, suspension, weigth reduction etc, and possible an ECU and exhaust system, to get to the top of the base class of cars, without going to the next level of cars in that same race.
