Subscribed Threads in User CP?

I'm not sure if this is entirely related but is it possible to keep unread subscribed threads in the new posts folder? I had to delete my cookies a while ago and i logged back in, but for some reason Firefox logged me out and i lost my subscribed threads. I remember back sometime in 2006 they stayed there forever and i had a massive list in my UserCP, i kind of missed that for a while when it stopped doing it, but i got used to it.
 
Moving your post to it's own thread... I'm going to have to assume when you mention subscribed threads in your "new posts folder" that you are referring to the list you see on My GTPlanet. The 'My GTPlanet' page only shows subscribed threads with new posts in them. To see all of the threads you have subscribed to, click on the 'View all Subscribed Threads' link near the bottom right hand side of that table. Cookies only help keep track of what threads you have read for a particular visiting session - not what threads you have subscribed to.
