I have noticed that as of a week ago, threads I have subscribed to are not going to my inbox anymore. I looked in my profile options and it is set to send them to my e-mail, but there is nothing there. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem and what could be done about it.:( :(

Hrm... :odd:

It's possible that your mailbox is seeing these GTP e-mails as spam and therefore they are not getting to you.

Yeah, check any spam filters that you may have enabled recently. Hotmail is particularly bad for this.

I know that GTP e-mails went straight into the "Junk Mail" box of my Yahoo account for a while until I changed the settings.

I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing from GTP in there. I checked the GTP profile options, to see if maybe my e-mail address wasn't right, but everything seems to be fine. It just stopped sending them to my inbox. It went from 60 e-mails a day, from GTP, to nothing overnight. Is there anything else that might be causing this problem?

Bump, please help I've checked everything and I can't figure it out. I need your sage wisdom to pull me through this crisis. :(

Well, our email functions appear to be working just fine. I noticed that your ISP is Verizon. You might want to see if they have enabled any spam-filtering service that might be affecting the emails from GTPlanet. You also might want to try using a second account (such as Hotmail), and change your profile options accordingly, to see if you can still receive our emails there. Then you'll know sure if it is your Verizon account that is causing the problem.
