Success Ballast?

I've ran a couple searches but I can't find the exact ballast specifications used in Super GT. Does anyone know a link to a chart or actual values of some sort on how this system works?

I also have another question related to Super GT while I'm at it - Does anyone know the full regulations? I understand there's no electronics aside from ECU, but what about horsepower restrictions? Why are some cars in the GT 500 series running more than 500 hp? Do they just add restrictor plates or what?

I'm trying to fully understand this series and there's not a lot of information in English out there other than the very basics - I want a more detailed explanation of the regulations.
 
Yes actually I read through them but it doesn't say how much weight is added.. and there's no chart of some sort. Actually it was dated (like 2006) and it seems they're now rewriting it for 2011 - but in japanese D: It was in English before though because I had been reading it. Well I will wait until they release an english version.. they do have text on the pictures I can't run through a translator. No worries.
 
Go to supergtracing on youtube, the full races are up there and when the starting grid shows up it shows how much ballast there is on each car. I think its 90kg or something for 1st.
