Suddenly Getting a New License & Agreement Glitch

When I go into the Track Maker or the Seasonal Events, the game tells me I can't connect to the server because I haven't agreed to the Terms & Agreements. I can back out and go in afterwards, but it's just annoying to go through all that. Anyone else having this issue?
 
Easy enough to agree to and you'll never see it again.

Hit right on your controller when it shows up and you'll see the option to agree or not at the bottom. No need to scroll through it.
