Anyone think that it would be an excellent feature to generally make maintaining your car something to include?
You get the oil warning light but it doesn't really affect much does it? But what if you drove for say 100 miles, or 200 miles with the light on...perhaps a worsening performance and drop in HP or engine responsiveness. Even general breakdown (and retirement from race) or failure of the engine in more severe cases.
