Suggestion - Spell checker

I was browsing some hacks on vb.org and came across this one that may be very useful to some members who can't spell their own usernames correctly. [Shut up, I know how to spell claustrophobic]

Don't know if you want to install this or not but it seems cool.

It looks cool, but on closer inspection it looks like that hack is more trouble than it's worth. It requires the user to download the entire dictionary of words before it can start working, and I'm afraid we have too many 56k users for that to be a practical solution.

But, the thing about spell checkers is this: the only people who would use it don't need to, and everyone who needs to wouldn't.

At first I thought it was a good idea, but this post from Jordan sums it up. I can't see some users (mainly one beginning with p) actually using it, or even knowing how to use it.
