Jordan maybe you should make the copyright notice in the footer black or something easy to read. I have been at a forum with some of the same layouts as you.

Why does it need to be black? I like it hidden from my normal view.

BTW, on a similiar subject: The "A special note" thing takes up three lines and is in all blue under the express reply. However, when making a post via the long way, it takes up four lines and is mostly in black. Inconsistencies are bad karma, ya know. :smilewink

Why? It's a very light color so it won't distract you or disrupt the layout of the page.

There won't be any need to do that until I redesign the site.
