Suggestions for G27 shifter stand

Hi Guys,

I will be purchashing my G27 tomorow and was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for mounting the shifter to my Standard Logitech Wheelstand Pro ?

I bought the Standard logitech wheelstand pro (think it was about £90 from Poland) as at the time (over a year ago) i had the Logitech MoMo (Black) that didn't come with a seperate shifter.. I have contacted www.wheelstandpro.com to ask if the sell a seperate G27 Shifter mount (its a little arm that comes off the wheelstand pro) but was just looking for other options if they quote me a stupid price for just the shifter mount.

I have to say that it has been a fantastic stand and it will be a shame if i cant use it with the G27..

By the way budget is key !!!!! the stand should cost no more than say £40-£50...

Use a small side table next to your stand, that way you can position it as per your real car rather than next to the wheel
 
I wouldn't buy that anyway. Who has a car where the H pattern shifter is directly beside the wheel at the same height. I would/have made my own.
 
I made a simple stand from MDF. The standard shifter mount is, like trk29 mentioned, directly beside the wheel. So i made one that is a bit lower. It cant be hard.
