As I have no idea where to start doing research for HDTV tuner cards for my Dad, I need some suggestions. I guess the main thing he is looking for is a PCI-Express or AGP HDTV tuner capable graphics card.
The only thing that I've found that seems to be capable of receiving HDTV is a PCI card from ATI.
What I am wondering is, what are some decent manufacturers that sell HDTV tuner video cards or AIW cards with HDTV tuning in them? Recommendations for possible cards to get me in the right direction would be helpful as well.
