A few shots from my first visit to Snetterton BTCC in Norfolk UK, last weekend, was 35 degrees, only stuck it out for 3 hours, too hot.

3 weeks in, is everyone liking the format of this short series? The 'joker' Idea works quite well (if I may say so myself).

Yes it is fun, even if I’m rubbish, and the joker variation adds a good bit of variety. Touring cars would be good or an old open wheel series. Definitely not snow blizzard in the dark series, that was painful

I need a tattooed blonde lady to hold my pole with a name on while I'm driving. Bit distracting though, I crash enough already.

Actually an open wheel series is something I'm thinking about at sometime.

Mine did the same Napalm, I never fixed it. I ended up buying the digital version when it was in one of the many playstation store sales. Your DLC will transfer across if you take this route - just buy the standard version.

PC2 is apparently being delisted in September so you won't be able to buy it again after that.

Fixed!!!
Friend sugested put it to vertical position. His PS4 pro do the same. Now it works in horizontal possition too. I don’t know how long it will do that :)

Great.

Another suggestion I've recently heard (but not tried myself) is to GENTLY tap the top of the PS4 just above the Blu-ray player while you're putting the disk in.

if it fails again give that a try.

More seriously, great pictures Simon, I do love the black and white ones, so funny that you got those of the Ginettas, I bet you were secretly thinking " Ha, these smug know-it-all guys here have no idea that I am an experienced driver in both of these plus their big GT3 sibling ..."

Paul and all I am very sorry for my absence but after the monday I couldn't take part for work related reasons came the holidays with the family so I am out still next monday. Hope to race you all from September 5th onwards.

I see the gap at the top shrinked a bit, good job Paul, don't let Zolon get away with yet another cup/championship, at least not without a fight! :mischievous:

I recorded short replay from one on the last Monday races. It is interesting how different can look the same situation from different cars. If look at these situation just from one of the car, everybody would be sure quilty is another driver :)

 
A word of warning for this evening.

I'll be using my new PS5 for the first time to run the meeting. While stuff within PC2 will be the same outside of it (messages etc) is a bit different, so bear with with while I'm working through the changes.

One thing that has changed is the lack of friend groups, well I haven't found them yet. On the PS4 I had you all added to a PC2 group which allowed me to send out invites very quickly. On the PS5 I'll have to hunt though to see who's online! Maybe they'll add that option in a future update.

Edit: I also have some new headphones, so they'll take a bit of time to get used to as well!

It stoped work in horizontal possition again, but your sugesstion to tap above BD really works. Thanks

Well that's the short summer interlude series over and it looks like I've won! So let's do it all again... Okay just kidding. 🙂

We missed a few of the regulars here and there but overall it didn't run too badly. A bit frantic at times but I had some really good races amongst the 24 we had. I hope everyone who took part had at least a few themselves.

I know I always say it but thanks again to @half_sourly for the scoring, it's always appreciated.


So on to something else... Zolon has an idea planed starting towards the end of October so there's a gap to fill before then. I'm a bit behind so I'll have to get something sorted. Soon!

And thank you again for organizing this championship. As always, fun and competitive. Even though I didn't manage to participate in a few weeks, the ones I did were a blast!
