supeing up a subaru?

Is it worth the money putting any other engine parts into the subaru wrx sti?

yeah Dett i am putting this to research thats why im asking you guys...but no im not looking for like 700hp
the most i probably want is 450...actually id be very happy with 450...and yes .....i do know how to handle it and yes i am a lucky...rich....but lucky SOB:P

Are you worried about voiding the warranty?
 
Voiding the warranty shouldnt be a problem. I spoke with many dealers about aftermarket parts voiding the warranties, and most said that as long as the mod did not DIRECTLY cause the failure to happen, then the warranty will cover whatever breaks.

Yeah, I here the Subaru dealers are pretty cool about it too. But I know if they want to, they can get you for anything. SCC had something about on the Subaru's performance aftermarket exhaust, where it said if anything on the car breaks it's the exhaust's fault. IE: if the tach breaks, it's the exhaust's fault. But they also said most dealerships don't go by that standard.
