What races do u need this license to race in??

All the tracks that indicate S license required in the information heading.  This can also be found in the lower left corner when highlighting a race.

Sorry I couldn't be more specific.  Perhaps someone else has that info.  

BTW - don't you have GT3?

No problem...I would have responded sooner...but i was out with my friend, we were driving his truck, and he doesn't have his license and neither do i and we got pulled over, lol, it was scary

i hate cop sometime.

We saw a kid we knew so we did a burnout for him, then some gay person called the cops about us doing a burnout.  And a cop pulled us over and now my friend can't get his license till he is 18...Actually both my friend and I are 16, but there are gay laws here that say you can't get your license till you have had your temps for 6 months.
