Drag racing turbos is stupid, you have to wait till it spools.
That's not necessarily a bad thing when you're trying to launch a high-power FWD car.

Hey superchargers have there place. If I was looking for a fun, exhibitional ride, my ideal car would be something with a big torquey engine, either naturaly asperated or Supercharged. (screw type) With a Traditional six speed, rear drive, and probably a convertible. On the flip side if I wanted a track matchine I would opt for something DOHC twin turbo, with a fully sequential gearbox, all wheel drive, and definately a coupe.

See, Superchargers have there place. :sly:

Come to think of it, you are right.

Bugatti Veyron fastest car as of current, turbocharged 1001hp.
is that official?
the buggati is actually pathetic, its been in design for over 5 years, and it still sucks ass.
it took buggati 4 turbos & 16 cylinders to actually be the best. 👎
ill take the koenigesegg.

PS
What I want to know about superchargers:

Can you supercharge and turbocharge without too much compromise?

And is it possible to twin supercharge and/or supercharge with 2 different kinds of superchargers?

hey man, been doin alot of research on superchargers, it is possible to twin supercharge, Aston Martin did it with their 1998 V8 Vantage V600 pumping out 600 bhp, i dunno if it uses roots, screw or centrifugal superchargers. Oh and svtsnake, the bugatti veyron does suck...the people who'll buy them wont really drive them but more of show them off, i'll build my own 1000hp car with 2 turbos not 4...and again over 1.5 mil for the bugatti, i love cars but that is just way too much.

It's got twin Eaton superchargers

Then there's that mustang a guy built in Australia or new zealand with two twin-screw blowers on top of each other. I don't think I have any pics of it though.
