Welcome to the SuperGT/JGTC Timeline Series! This is a race series which is unique in the fact that after every season, newer cars become available while others become obsolete. For example, the next season will be the 2001 season.
**RULES**
NOTE: Rules are subject to change. These rules will carry over to each season unless otherwise stated.
The rules to this series are stated below. Please read these rules carefully:
**QUALIFYING PROCEDURES**
All drivers will have to qualify in order to enter the race. If you don't make qualifying or do not set a good time, you may have to go home.
You must have at least two wheels on the track at the same time. Given you have less than two wheels on the track at the same time, you will either start at the rear or be disqualified.
Only 1 lap will be given to each driver for qualifying. Make no room for error.
GT500 cars will qualify first, followed by the GT300 cars. Your starting position will be judged by how fast you were in qualifying compared to other drivers.
Qualifying will be held the day before the race at 5:00 PM EST (10:00 PM GMT). These will be held on Fridays, as Saturday is race-day.
**RACING RULES**
Now that you have finished qualifying, you should worry about the race. These are the rules for race-day.
Do not drive recklessly. No corner cutting, wrecking others, spinning out intentionally, and/or blocking faster cars. Aggressive driving is encouraged, however.
Headsets will be shut-off on race-day. You may only communicate through text chat.
No harassing other drivers or using bad language. This is frowned upon by nearly the entire GTP community.
The only cars allowed will be JGTC cars from '00 to '01, and there may only be up to two of the same cars allowed on the track at the same time.
Races will be held on Saturday at 5:00 PM EST (10:00 PM GMT).
