Tonight I will be doing a 2 hour endurance race at Monza featuring SuperGT cars.

My buddies and I have been doing these endurance races for the past few days. Usually on the Ring, but we're gonna mix it up tonight. It is normally limited to the 2 SuperGT cars available in the recommended garage: the Castrol Supra and the Calsonic GT-R. There is a possibility that I will allow others to run their personal SuperGT cars as long as they are similar in specs to the two cars mentioned. 502 is the HP limit I can set in the room, and the weight would be limited to 1100kg. If your SuperGT car meets these criteria then I may allow you to use it. Obviously if you are some kind of tuning master and you have a suspension setup that will allow you to run much quicker than everyone else that is going to cause a problem. The goal here is to have an extremely intense and close race with everyone running as close together as possible for lots of thrills and passing and lots of action. I am unsure at this time what the specifics will be, but I may also include a tire restriction. If all aids are off except for TCS then tires are restricted to racing hard. If TCS is disabled then I will allow racing soft.

There will be a chance of rain, and we will run 80 laps. The race starts at 8pm EST or 1am GMT.

The room will open up an hour ahead of time, which is exactly 7 hours from the time of this posting @ 00:00GMT.

Saw this too late :-(

Im interested in these races and im a pretty active player, mind if i add you on psn?

It was crazy. It ended up taking a little over 2.5 hours. We started with 10 or 11 people and slowly lost players ending up with 3 in the end. People were leaving due to other plans for the evening and having to go to sleep and getting lapped too many times... but I gotta hand it to Earth for sticking in there, he was about 2 or 3 laps down by the end but major kudos for hanging on till the last lap. This guy (not sure if he's from the forum or not) Patricio came in and rocked the whole thing, he pretty much stayed in first the entire time. I had some bad luck at the beginning but ended up working my way up to second. I would have finally caught him towards the end, but I was attacking so hard in the last 20 laps I ended up making a few mistakes. Definitely a fun time though!

I was in a 1 hour race on cape ring the other night and it was insane.
I'm definatley up for joining these if there is a mix of tracks and if i see the thread before it happens :)

When is the next race?
