General Information and Regulations

All rules, regulations, car specifications, and races are controlled by the SuperGT sanctioning body, GTMSA. Any and all questions should be directed to GTMSA officials (namely me ABud) and officials will do their best to answer in a timely and accurate manner.

All drivers must run at the specified weights and horsepower settings provided by GTMSA for each round. Horsepower and/or weight settings are adjusted for competitive reasons each round based on finishing positions from previous rounds.

• Standard Online Racing Rules Apply.
• No Cheating, hybrids, etc. You must run the car specifications I give you
• Try keeping at least 2 wheels on course. Long races = small mishaps, but absolutely NO shortcuts
• No wall-riding as well. Combined with penalties, this will slow you down considerably, so don't do it.
• All decisions by GTMSA officials are final

Qualifying

• Arcade Mode>>>Single Race>>>World Circuits>>>Fuji Speedway 90's
• 5 lap Single Race
• RM tires only
• No tire wear
• AI @ your choice from -10% to +10%
• AI tires always set to RS
• Forced Pit Entry penalty system
• ASM is prohibited TCS is optional
• Points: 3pts - 2pts - 1pt
• 10 second penalty added to race time if you dont submit a qualifying time
• Top 3 qualifiers take a 1% weight penalty to the race

No need for replays, buts its worth hanging on to some proof incase of problems. Im chuffed to get poll in GT500, though Fuji is by far my favourite track. Impressive stuff tho East to get 2nd with the full kg/bhp penalty!

Ugh. Double-barreled dead last finishes.

Not even drafting behind one of the cars helped me out in GT500. Dunno if it's the car I chose...

Hmm... Well, my 3rd place qualifying position in both classes brings some mixed emotions...

On one hand i'm impresed that i qualifed so high up (And so close as well!), but then the weight penalties come into play...On the other hand, Fuji IS one of those courses where you can score a decent result with a heavy car, but then again the RX-7 LM pushes like crazy when it get weight put on it (That's what killed my at the last race: On a track where tires mean everything the extra weight caused my tire stratagies to go out the window!)
