Anyone here a superjoint ritual fan? Im looking forward to there new album, its garenteed to be brutal underground thrash crossover metal, phil is going to be over the top violent this time after the shooting of one of his best friends Dimebag, I really liked the last two albums they are at the peak of the metal underground scene, i just wonder if theyll be able to top their last effort.

How many threads are needed for one incredibly sub-mediocre band? Not that there is anything with being below mediocre--it worked for Judas Priest.
 
there hasnt been a thread discussing SJR's upcoming album yet, if you dont like them fair enough not everyone can handle the underground

Either way, hasn't there been enough talk on SuperJoint Ritual in this Forum, let alone threads? Next there'll be a new Forum solely on this band...
 
that would be a good idea but i dont see it happening, i dont think theres been to much SJR talk on the board i mean every metal thread seems to have metallica and all those other poser bands mentioned every two seconds

I'm Stealing that pic from you! :lol: jk jk, anyway Hatkore, i do believe this is the 5th Superjoint ritual thread from you. what if i was to make 5 metallica threads in the short period of time you've been here? that wouldn't be cool. you need to listen to another band. sorry, but superjoint is over-rated. and Metallica's not poser. you are just mad they are more successful. Superjoint is just cashing in on this "worship Satan" thing.
 
SuperJoint Ritual aren't overrated. In fact, they're hardly rated at all. It's just that we have HATEKORE here who is obsessed with them, and it seems we can't escape them here.

Also, SuperJoint Ritual aren't about worshipping Satan exactly. They are a band that revolved around hate and anger. First of all, their lyrics are all about anger, aggression and hate towards other human beings, and the frustrations they have about society. Their music style also reflects this.

No, im not mad i just choose not to listen to bands that change their image to please their wallets.
 
I have never seen a band change their image (barring those 80 hair metal bands making a comeback) nothing was changed, just the music went in a new direction. and if Metallica were truly just trying to cash in, they would have retired a long time ago. they are multi-millionaires each and every one of them.
 
Actually, if Metallica knew what was good for them, they would've retired a long time ago. Personally, I think they should've finished up after Reload.
