This is my first review, Constructive Criticsim is appreciated.

*Attention*

If you have not seen this movie, And do not want to know any spoilers, Please leave right now.

Warning: Spoilers ahead!

This is my review of the movie "Superman Returns", be aware that these are my thoughts and that you are entitled to your opinion.

The quick scoop (For those that don’t have enough time to read the whole thing and/or are to lazy too):

Overall I liked the movie, The special effects were good but could have been a little better, Acting was great but wasn't the best, changed camera angles way too much (made it sorta hard to tell who was who and what was what), The plot was great but again not the best, And the whole thing was sometimes hard to follow. It gets 4 Stars outta 5

Now the full Review * May be spoilers*

To Start

The Movie Was good, Everyone played thier part very well, Clark Kent/Superman (Brandon Routh) Did a great job as Superman/Clark Kent, Even sorta reminds me of how the old Superman (Christopher Reeve) looked, Although the way he talked as Superman sorta was wierd.

Lois Lane (Kate Bosworth) Could have done a little better (but maybe i'm just picky), She seemed sorta, I don't know, Like she wasn't putting her best foot forward as far as acting.

Lex Luthor (Kevin Spacey) Seemed ok, He was My least favorite Actor in the movie, just He didn’t play His part right or something.

As those are pretty much the main Characters all the other actors/actresses did very well in my opinion.

The plot

The plot was Great, but not the best, sorta hard to follow sometimes (maybe it was the 3 bathroom breaks :p )
So in short the plot was: *Warning spoilers*

Superman, after five years of searching for the remains of his homeplanet Krypton, has returned to Earth to resume his life as Clark Kent only to find things moved on without him. Lois Lane is now mother to five-year-old son Jason and engaged to Perry White's nephew Richard. She is also thoroughly disenchanted with Superman although it soon becomes clear there is much unresolved feelings between the two. But between juggling his conflicting emotions for Lois and his duties to protecting the population, Superman has to face his arch-enemy Lex Luthor, who has stolen the crystals from the Fortress of Solitude and is intent on using them to rule the world.

The effects

The Special effects could have been a little bit better in my opinion, in some scenes you could tell that it was 3D all too easy, although they were a lot better than a few films I’ve seen in recent years, they weren’t the best.

Miscellaneous

The Camera angles changed Way too much, it was hard to tell what you were looking at because as soon as you figure out what it is, the camera changes to another location, Which in-turn makes the plot hard to follow.

Scores
Characters: 4/5
Plot: 3.5/5
Special effects: 2.5/5

Overall score: 4/5

That is my review of “Superman Returns”

Good review, if a little brief. Having said that though, you got the message across quite well. I may be forced to see the movie now though...damn you!
