Probably very late of me to ask but I have gone back to try and do some of the final missions in San Andreas in order to get 100%. The second Zero mission is quite literally making me look like a Zero. My version of the game is the one that came WITHOUT the introduction (I assume that's the first version pre-Hot Coffee fix). Any advice how to defeat this mission?

I never understood why people had so much problem with this mission. Just let off the throttle except when you need to get altitude and plot an intercept course rather then trying to chase the vans down.

Because the mission is different depending on which Version of San Andreas you have. In the Pre Hot-Coffee Version, its time dependent. In the Re-released version, its fuel dependent.

As I recall, I always went after two vans due East of Zero's shop first, then went after the two bikes, then went after the last van.

Admittedly, I have a bit of egg on my face, because I didn't realize that pre-Hot Coffee was glitched. I just assumed the reason everyone else always had problems with it was because they didn't do it the same way I did. I honestly always had way more problems doing the one where you have the gun emplacement and have to shoot the planes down as they go after Zero's antennas.

Yeah, Air Raid is difficult as well but you get a hang of it after a while. This one is just really irritating because the plane is really difficult to control.

It wouldn't be as difficult if the targets didn't vary on routes. The first two are static but the two that are the furthest way vary by quite a distance as to where they will be. If its too far away its next to impossible to get them.

Which ones are you referencing as East? You mean the ones furthest away?

When you drop down from the roof, there should be a van right there next to the baseball field. Then, if I'm remembering correctly, there should be a second one a little further along driving on the road in front of the garage you can purchase.

Though I suppose that is actually West. My bad.

Yeah, those two are usually the only static ones. I rarely get the 3rd and 4th ones quick enough to have a chance at the 5th one being anywhere close to the shop.
