Support for Cyrillics in Usertitle

What are the chances of this being available? A few times now I have wanted to put Cyrillic characters into my Usertitle. I can put them in my posts, and my sig (just look at it to see what I mean), but not my Usertitle. I entered "россия" into the box to set it as my title, and "рос&#10" is what showed up.

Probably never going to happen, sorry. This is an English-only site, and our current character encoding does not support Cyrillic characters.

I think I know this one:

The user title can only support 25 letters; if you try more than 3 Unicode characters, which are represented by &#xxxx; so you'll hit the limit at only 3 characters, plus some other characters.

Anyhow, this is what I've realized at GTP since Unicode support was available.

You can still type stuff like "Ya hachu kolbasi" it's just only the russain people will understand you.
